What we do

Metal framing, drywall, finishing and texture — the full interior scope, or the one piece of it your job is short. Commercial and residential, across South Florida.

Durable. Precise. Built to perform.

Metal Framing

Light-gauge steel stud framing for interior partitions, soffits, bulkheads and ceiling systems. We lay out from the architectural drawings and check it before anything gets covered, because a wall that is 3/4 of an inch off is a cabinet that does not fit two months later.

  • Load-bearing and non-load-bearing partitions
  • Soffits, bulkheads and drop ceilings
  • Shaft walls and fire-rated assemblies
  • Layout taken from the architectural drawings
  • Blocking set for casework, fixtures and grab bars

Board on the wall, tight and true.

Drywall Hanging

We hang the board the assembly calls for: standard, Type X fire-rated, moisture-resistant in wet areas, impact-resistant where a corridor is going to take abuse. Joints staggered, fasteners set to spec, ceilings hung before walls.

  • Type X fire-rated assemblies
  • Moisture- and mold-resistant board in wet areas
  • Impact-resistant board for corridors and high-traffic walls
  • Ceilings, including high and vaulted work
  • Sound assemblies with resilient channel and insulation

The part everybody sees.

Taping & Finishing

Framing and board are judged by the finish on top of them. We tape, bed and finish to the level the space calls for, and where critical lighting is going to rake across a wall we skim it to Level 5, because that lighting will find every joint that was called good enough.

  • Level 3, 4 and 5 finishes
  • Full skim coat for gloss paint and critical lighting
  • Corner bead, reveals and trim details
  • Sanding with dust control on occupied sites
  • Punch list and touch-up before handover

Photo needed — texture and surface in progress

Matched, not approximated.

Texture & Surface

New texture across a whole build, or matched into an existing ceiling so the patch disappears. Matching is its own skill and it is mostly patience: we sample, spray a test board, and adjust until it reads as one surface.

  • Knockdown, orange peel and splatter
  • Smooth-wall finish (Level 5)
  • Popcorn ceiling removal
  • Texture matching for repairs and additions
  • Handed over prime-ready for paint

Back to sound, back to square.

Drywall Repair

Repairs get cut back to sound material and framed to something solid before new board goes up. Patching over a soft edge is how the same crack comes back in a season, so we do not do it.

  • Water and storm damage repair
  • Cut-outs and patches after mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in
  • Ceiling repair and replacement
  • Settlement crack repair and re-taping
  • Moisture-resistant rebuild in wet areas

Who we build for

Commercial & residential

Photo needed — commercial interior, framing or finished

Commercial

Office and retail build-outs, medical and dental suites, restaurants, warehouse and light industrial. We are used to working inside somebody else's schedule — around other trades, after hours, and in phases when half the floor still has to open in the morning.

  • Tenant improvements and build-outs
  • Phased work in occupied space
  • Night and weekend schedules
  • Fire-rated and sound-rated assemblies
  • Coordination with the general contractor and the other trades

Residential

New construction, additions, whole-house renovations and single-room work, single-family and multi-family. Most of this work happens in a house somebody is living in, which changes how you protect floors, control dust and leave the site at the end of the day.

  • New construction and additions
  • Whole-house and single-room renovations
  • Ceiling replacement and popcorn removal
  • Multi-family and townhome work
  • Dust control and floor protection in occupied homes
